The delicious food and comfortable, clean room made our stay enjoyable, though the bright pool lights disrupted our sleep. I'd definitely return!

The Xmas eve dinner was delicious and well-organized. We loved the cozy, clean room, and the adjacent car park made it super convenient.

Our room and bathroom were super cozy, and the hotel’s layout offered a serene atmosphere. Enjoyed the refreshing pool area for some relaxation and the well-organized festive dinner was a highlight during our stay.

The lack of signage made it tricky to find the hotel initially, and it would be nice to have a dedicated bar area for a more casual drink experience.

Our room was so cozy and comfortable that it felt like my own little retreat! I especially loved the well-organized Christmas Eve dinner. Everything was delicious and festive. The refreshing pool area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!

The staff was incredibly friendly! Our room was comfortable and clean, making for a peaceful retreat during our stay.

The curtains let in too much light at night, and we struggled with noise from the music nearby.

great base for exploring creel’s natural and cultural beauty

during my stay, I loved how close I was to the stunning lago de arareco, just a quick walk away. The iconic san ignacio mission is only almost 2 km from the hotel, making it easy to explore the scenic and cultural spots of creel on foot.

the hotel’s lack of signage is just inexcuseable, also, sitting at a dining table for a drink in a ‘high standard’ hotel is astonishing. I woudl ve been pleased to have a room upgrade as a simple gesture, but apparently I’m just another faceless guest here. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Consider asking for a room with a mountain view. it's worth it for the peaceful scenery.

Finding the entrance was a bit tricky due to poor signage. I felt like I had to navigate a treasure map just to get to my bunker. There’s no dedicated bar area, which means sitting at a dining table for drinks—definitely didn’t fit the vibe of a high-standard place. Also, in my room, the curtains let in way too much light at night, and I could hear some music from nearby that disrupted the peace.

Just a great match for a brief weekend stay in Creel with excellent value for money. The warm welcome from staff made me feel right at home. Make sure to explore the nearby hiking trails for a great outdoor escape!
